For 19 years, First Marblehead has developed capital markets capabilities focused exclusively on the private student loan marketplace. We will work with lenders to design a financing plan for their loan program. First Marblehead's Capital Markets team understands the changing needs of investors as well as the lenders First Marblehead serves.
First Marblehead has provided structural advisory and other services for 38 securitization transactions since 1991 and is well-positioned to provide securitization services for lenders when they choose to re-enter the asset-backed securities market for private student loans.
